Weekly Weather: The Snow Storm is Here

On Monday, following a snowstorm expected to bring around 8–14 inches of snow to Monsey on Sunday, an additional inch of snow is likely to fall, followed by extreme cold temperatures throughout the week that will create dangerous and icy road conditions.

Monday will remain wintry with additional snow around an inch possible, bringing a high of 25° and a low of 7°, as roads stay slick from back-to-back storms.

Tuesday turns sharply colder with a high of 20° and a low of 8°, allowing melting snow to refreeze and worsening icy conditions.

Wednesday stays bitterly cold with a high of 22° and a low of 8°, as untreated and shaded roads remain hazardous.

Thursday continues the deep freeze with a high near 20° and a low around 8°, keeping travel conditions dangerous across the area.

Friday remains very cold despite a slight moderation, with a high of 34° and a low of 6°, as ice may persist on roadways.
