Tomorrow: National Night Out in Spring Valley

The Village of Spring Valley is inviting residents to come together for its annual National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Memorial Park.

The free community event will bring together local law enforcement, first responders, community organizations, healthcare providers, and local businesses for an evening dedicated to strengthening neighborhood partnerships and promoting public safety.

Families attending can enjoy community resource tables, food and refreshments, family-friendly activities, giveaways, prizes, and the opportunity to meet the police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, and other community partners who serve Spring Valley throughout the year. Free backpacks and school supplies will also be distributed while supplies last.

Village officials encourage residents to bring their families, invite their neighbors, and take part in the annual event, which aims to build stronger relationships between the community and the agencies that help keep Spring Valley safe.
