Tomorrow: Clarkstown Police Offering Free Car Seat Safety Checks

The Clarkstown Police Department will be hosting a free child car seat safety inspection tomorrow, Sunday, November 30th, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Nanuet Fire Department Substation, located at 11 Renee Lane in Bardonia.

The event is by appointment only. Residents can schedule an appointment by clicking here.

Certified technicians will be available to explain safety features, weight and height requirements, and best practices for installing and using car seats. They will also answer general safety questions for parents and caregivers.

Police officials noted that additional appointment dates will be offered in the future for anyone unable to attend this session.
