Suspect Arrested For Burglary At Monsey Business

The suspect of a burglary in Monsey was arrested yesterday by the Ramapo Police Department.

The incident took place on Sunday, July 13, at a Monsey business. The Ramapo Police Department was called to the scene for a report of damage and past burglary.  After investigative work by patrol officers and detectives, the suspect was identified, and on Wednesday, July 15, a 21-year-old male from Spring Valley was located and arrested for Burglary in the 3rd degree and Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree. 

The defendant was arraigned by the Village of Airmont Honorable Judge Straus and then released on his own recognizance and is to return on a future date to Ramapo Court.
