A young boy, Shulem Eliezer Hakohen ben Hanah, is in critical condition at an area hospital after being struck by a vehicle. 

The incident occurred In front of 16 New County Road. 

Monsey Hatzolah was Baruch Hashem able to stabilize the victim, transporting him to Westchester Medical Center, and police have closed off the area for investigation.
