Satmar Kehilla Officially Moves Into New Shul On Remsen Ave

Satmar has been building their new shul on Remsen Avenue for some time now, and when the Satmar Rebbe did the kvias mezuzah a few months ago, as reported by Rockland Daily, the shul opened for some time. 

After Pesach though the kehilla moved back to their old shul while the last few details in the new building were completed. A few things in the shul, including the mikvah, still had to be finished up. 

With great joy and anticipation the kehillah will be officially moving for good into the new, magnificent shul this Shabbos. In honor of their first official Shabbos in the shul, there will be a kiddush after davening and the Satmar rav of Monsey will deliver a Pirkei Avos shiur, and will lead the shalosh seudas in the afternoon.
