Rockland County Fire and Emergency Services concluded its Basic Exterior Firefighting Operations classes with the final part of the course highlighting essential Hazmat skills crucial for handling gas-related emergencies and chemical spills.

In collaboration with Orange and Rockland Utilities Inc., experts provided instruction to the recruits, ensuring they would be equipped to respond safely in the event of a hazardous material situation.
