Press Release on Fatal Vehicle Accident on N. Little Tor Rd. in New City That Claimed Three Lives

On Sunday, September 28, 2025, at approximately 3:00 a.m., the Clarkstown Police Department responded to a serious motor vehicle accident involving one vehicle near the intersection of N. Little Tor Rd. and Roberts Rd. in New City.

Upon arrival, officers observed a single vehicle collision involving a gray Honda Civic that had been traveling northbound on N. Little Tor Road. Preliminary investigation indicates that the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree, resulting in catastrophic damage.

Tragically, all three occupants of the vehicle were pronounced deceased at the scene by responding medical personnel. The deceased have been identified as two males and one female. Their names and ages are being withheld at this time pending notification of their families. We extend our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones affected by this tragic loss.
