The NYS Thruway Authority is letting drivers know that the exit 9W ramp from the southbound Palisades Interstate Parkway to the northbound NYS Thruway (I-87/I-287) is closed due to construction. The closure is expected to be in place for up to 45 days. A detour will be in place and drivers are urged to plan accordingly and allow for extra travel time.
