Today is July 11th, or 7/11, the annual National Slurpee Day celebration at 7-Elevens nationwide. The free Slurpee is limited to one per customer, and no other purchase is necessary. 

This year is the chain store’s 97th anniversary since it opened on July 11th in 1927.
