Major Progress Report on New Shul in New Square

Chassidim of New Square have excitedly welcomed the news that the new bais medrash, which is currently under construction, will be opened in time for Simchas Torah. This will allow the Rebbe’s hakafos, attended by many thousands of residents and guests, to iy’H take place in the new heichel.

The news was announced in the Shavuous edition of the New Square newsletter, “Hakamas Habayis,” and brought the kehillah a true simchas yom tov. 

Askanim are working tirelessly to have the new shul ready for the tefillos on the yomim noraim, but that has still not been confirmed.
