Large Office Building on Route 45 Sold

The large office building located at 235 North Main St on Route 45 was recently sold to a Jewish developer for the astronomical sum of over $9 million. 

The building was then further sold to a Jewish real estate developer.

It is unknown what the plans are for the building; if it will stay occupied with businesses or be turned into condos.
