Hatzolah Of Rockland Conducts Airmont Safety Campaign

By Idy Perl
Hatzolah of Rockland County is conducting a safety awareness campaign specifically targeted to the unique needs of Airmont ahead of Pesach and the summer season.
Hatzolah is urging Airmont residents to focus on several specific safety guidelines as we get into the summer months. Firstly, Hatzolah is urging residents to always wear a reflector at night, especially on Airmont roads, which are often not lit up properly.
Second, residents are encouraged to register their number with Hatzolah so that in case of an emergency, Hatzolah right away knows how to identify and locate the caller.
Third, residents are reminded to ensure that their home address is visible from the street so that Hatzolah can easily spot their house.
Lastly, those with a pool are urged to hang a sign with Hatzolah's number in the pool area so that it's easily accessible in case of an emergency.
Tables with more information and flyers have been set up in several Airmont shuls so that residents have easy access to the information, can register their phone numbers, and pick up free reflectors.
Stay safe!
